Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded. However, if you experience technical issues with a digital product that prevent you from accessing or using it as intended, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a suitable solution.

Generally, services that have been initiated or partially completed are not eligible for refunds. 6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for digital products. If you wish to purchase a different product, you may request a refund according to this policy if eligible and make a new purchase separately.

7. Subscription Services
